Yay, two awards for me!

In the last few days I have been given not one, but two blogger awards! One from Victoria and one from Hayley. Thank you so much!

And I guess now it is my turn to tell you 7 things about me:

1. I adore sea, sun and fishes.
2. The thing I love the most is dancing.
3. I couldn't live without pizza and lettuce, but could easily survive without tomatoes.
4. I am the biggest fan of crime series (from Poirot to CSI).
5. If I could choose whichever profession I wanted I would be a proffessional traveler.
6. Although I love colours, there are mostly black things in my closet.
7. I am also the biggest fan of musicals and Johnny Depp (ok, there could be more huge fans of Johnny :).



V zadnjih treh dnevih sem prejela ne le eno, ampak kar dve blogerski nagradi: eno od Victorie in drugo od Hayley

Nagradi od mene zahtevata, da razkrijem 7 stvari o sebi. Pa kar začnimo.

1. Obožujem morje, sonce in ribice.
2. Najrajši od vsega na svetu plešem.
3. Ne morem brez pice in zelene solate, brez težav pa bi preživela brez paradižnika.
4. Sem največji fan detektivskih, kriminalističnih in podobnih serij (od Poirota do CSI).
5. Če bi lahko izbirala, bi se preživljala kot profesionalna "potovalka" (in s tem ne mislim tiste, v katero spakirate oblačila :).
6. Čeprav imam neizmerno rada barve, v moji omari prevladuje črna.
7. Sem največja oboževalka mjuziklov in Johnnyja Deppa v bližnji okolici (ne dvomim, da je v sosednji ulici še kaka, podobna meni, hehe).

Sea & Vivi

I have always loved the sea. I've enjoyed waves, diving and fish spotting. Even the little crabs could not escape from me. I rarely see the sea nowadays because of the lack of time, which is why I put a bit of it (at least in the form of inspiration) into the hair of my latest crocheted girl, named Vivi.

Vedno sem imela rada morje. Uživala sem v valovih, potapljanju in gledanju ribic. Tudi rakci niso bili varni pred mano. Danes pa zaradi pomanjkanja časa le redko zaidem na morje, se pa zato morje (vsaj v obliki inspiracije) skriva v laseh moje najnovejše punčke Vivi.

Reduce, reuse, recycle.

I don't like this materialistic world. We buy a lot and throw away even more. This is why I took my old T-shirt (although I had to fight with the "maybe I will still need it one day" thought) and made this recycled crocheted pot-holder. It's companion for today is my cactus, but I hope that in the near future there will also be some hot pots to keep it company.



Nad današnjim materialističnim svetom nisem nič kaj navdušena. Kupujemo dosti, odvržemo še več. Zato sem se tokrat odločila, da uporabim staro majico (čeprav sem se sprva bojevala z mislijo "kaj pa če jo bom še kdaj rabila") in nastal je ta kuhinjski podstavek. Tokrat mu družbo dela moj kaktus, upam pa, da se mu bodo kmalu pridružili tudi vroči lonci.

Priznam, rada imam roza barvo. In ja, tudi rože so mi drage, zato rezultati mojega dela pač ne morejo biti drugačni :)

New girl in the house!

She is finally here! Because I always do at least three projects at the same time, it took a bit longer for me to finish my gothic girl. This was also the first time that I have used safety eyes (yes, there were some problems :). And now I am wondering how to name her. Any ideas?



Končno je tu! Ker se vedno lotim preveč projektov hkrati, je trajalo kar nekaj časa, da sem punčko dokončala. Tokrat sem prvič uporabila varnostne oči (brez težav pri nameščanju seveda ni šlo), zdaj pa mi manjka le še ime za njo. Kaka ideja?

The summer is still here

Yes, it is cloudy and not as warm as it should be, but it's still summer. That it why I am starting a new project: summer bag.
